Studies in Architecture at undergraduate level and Environmental Studies at Master's level, Christian Theology at Doctorate level.  Since 1995, Gustavo has been providing occupational safety and health course work in the areas of abatement work, inspection, job supervision and contractual disciplines. 

In 1997, with the with the founding of Larco Environmental, Inc., Gustavo was able to advance his learning and hands-on experience in the environmental safety and health arena, specializing in asbestos and lead abatement. 

In 2003, with the founding of A & O Enterprises, Inc., Gustavo has been advancing in his learning of management in the creation of job opportunities for migrant workers in the area of construction, and has helped many open their own businesses. 

Today, Gustavo spends his time teaching environmental safety and health courses, developing health and safety instructional programs in bilingual (Spanish / English) formats, creating documentaries on environmental safety and health, and managing and expanding his entrepreneurial ... worldwide.  

As an enthusiastic learner of international languages, Gustavo is thrilled at practicing conversational Italian, French, and German as a hobby.
